Using the agreed upon design drivers and narrative, our designs are refined and meticulously documented from detailed drawing sets to sketches, to product specifications and FF&E budgets. We establish a regular reporting schedule so that you never have to wonder what is going on or what is coming up next.  Your design package is now ready to be delivered to your contractor for bidding.
